USER AGREEMENT OF THE THAI LAWYER SERVICE
Edition of [DD.MM.YYYY]
Published at: [https://DOMAIN/en/offer]
1. Parties and subject
1.1. This Agreement is made between Thai Law (the "Provider") and anyone who uses the Thai Lawyer service at [https://DOMAIN] (the "Service", the "User").
1.2. The Service is an information service about the law of the Kingdom of Thailand. It is meant for people in Thailand or with property, business, a visa, or family or other legal matters in Thailand. The Service is not intended for use in the Russian Federation or any other country and is not directed at users there. Anyone using it from another country does so on their own initiative and is responsible for complying with local law.
1.3. The User accepts the Agreement by ticking "I accept the User agreement" or by starting to use the Service. Without acceptance the Service is unavailable.
2. What the Service does and does not do
2.1. The Service uses an AI model to produce answers on Thai law from a law database and open official sources, analyses uploaded documents, helps calculate fees and taxes, and lets the User leave a request for the site's lawyer.
2.2. The answers are informational and for reference only. They do not replace individual advice from a licensed Thai lawyer, do not create a lawyer–client relationship and do not guarantee any result. AI can be wrong; laws and practice change. Before a purchase, signing a contract, filing documents or any other significant decision, have the answer checked by a lawyer.
2.3. A lawyer–client relationship arises only under a separate written agreement with a lawyer for legal services.
2.4. The Service does not file documents with government bodies, does not represent the User and does not accept payments for third parties' services.
3. Account
3.1. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to the User's e-mail. The User is responsible for the security of that mailbox and for actions under the account.
3.2. The User must be at least 20 years old (or have a legal guardian's consent) and give true information.
3.3. The account can be deleted at any time through "Delete your account" in the site footer.
4. Tariffs and payment
4.1. The contents, limits and prices of tariffs are published on the pricing page and apply on the date of payment. There is a free tariff with a limited number of questions and a paid tariff without a limit.
4.2. Payment is in advance through the payment service [name]; the Provider does not receive or store full card details. Prices are in [currency] [including / excluding VAT].
4.3. Auto-renewal is switched on by the User when paying and can be switched off at any time in the Profile; access lasts until the end of the paid period. The Provider gives at least [10] days' notice of a price rise.
4.4. Bonuses, promo codes and free materials have no cash value.
5. Refunds
5.1. The User may cancel a paid tariff at any time; the unused part of the paid period is refunded, less the payment service's fees and the actual cost of processing the User's requests, which the Provider calculates on request.
5.2. If the Provider ends the Service or a tariff, it refunds the unused period pro rata, without deductions.
5.3. A double or mistaken charge is refunded in full.
5.4. A refund request is sent to yourlawer.thai@gmail.com from the account e-mail; it is handled and refunded within 30 days by the same method as the payment.
5.5. Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act of Thailand are not limited.
6. Rules of use
6.1. It is forbidden to: use the Service unlawfully or to deceive; upload material you have no rights to; enter other people's personal data without a basis; get around limits, disrupt the Service or scrape data automatically; present the Service's answers as a lawyer's opinion.
6.2. The Provider may restrict or close access for a breach, refunding unused payment except in cases of serious breach.
7. Availability
7.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Provider aims for uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee it. Outages may come from providers (hosting, AI model, payment service) and from circumstances beyond the Provider's control.
8. Liability
8.1. The Provider is liable for damage only to the extent permitted by Thai law. The Provider is not liable for decisions taken on informational answers without a lawyer's check, or for lost profit and indirect damage.
8.2. The Provider's total liability to the User under the Agreement is limited to the amount the User paid in the last 12 months, unless the law forbids it (in particular, the limit does not apply to intent or gross negligence).
8.3. Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property
9.1. The Service, its design and texts belong to the Provider or are licensed to it. The User receives a limited right to use the Service for personal purposes. The User keeps rights to their questions and documents and allows the Provider to process them to provide the Service.
10. Personal data
10.1. The Provider processes data under the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.
11. Changes and termination
11.1. The Provider may change the Agreement. The new edition is published with a new date; for material changes the User is asked to accept it again. Continuing to use the Service means agreement.
11.2. The User may stop using the Service at any time. The Provider may end the Service on at least 30 days' notice, refunding unused payment.
12. Notices
12.1. Notices are sent to the account e-mail or published in the Service. Requests to the Provider go to yourlawer.thai@gmail.com.
13. Governing law and disputes
13.1. The Agreement is governed by the law of the Kingdom of Thailand.
13.2. The parties will try to settle a dispute by negotiation within 30 days of a written claim.
13.3. Unsettled disputes are heard by the courts of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Provider's place of business ([Bangkok / other city]). The consumer's statutory rights to go to court or a supervisory body are preserved.
14. Final provisions
14.1. The Agreement is made in Russian and English; if they differ, the English text prevails.
14.2. If a provision proves invalid, the rest remain in force.
