CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

I, a user of the Thai Lawyer service at [https://DOMAIN], by ticking "I give my consent to the processing of personal data", freely, specifically and knowingly give my consent under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (PDPA).

1. Operator

Thai Law, e-mail: yourlawer.thai@gmail.com (the "Operator").

2. Purposes

2.1. Creating and maintaining my account and sign-in.

2.2. Producing AI answers, analysing documents I upload, calculations, saving my Cases.

2.3. Deadline reminders (visa, 90-day report, lease) if I have filled them in.

2.4. Answering my requests, including requests to the site's lawyer.

2.5. Paid tariffs and payments; security and usage limits.

3. Data

My e-mail address; name, city in Thailand, occupation, Telegram and WhatsApp contacts, visa type and dates, notes (if I enter them); the text of my questions and the answers; documents I upload; tariff and payment details; technical data (IP address, browser, request times); records of my consents.

I understand that I should not enter sensitive data (health, religion, political views, criminal record, biometrics) unless necessary. If I upload documents containing such details, I explicitly consent to their processing for the purposes in section 2.

4. Transfer and processing outside Thailand

4.1. I agree that my data is processed on the Operator's behalf by:

• Supabase (database, sign-in) — servers in Singapore;
• Anthropic (USA) — the AI model for answers; it receives the text of my questions and documents I upload;
• the hosting provider, e-mail and payment services.

4.2. I understand that data protection standards in those countries may differ from Thailand's; the Operator has required the recipients to protect data at a standard no lower than the PDPA.

5. Duration

This consent lasts while my account exists, or until I withdraw it. Retention periods are in the Privacy policy.

6. Withdrawal

6.1. I may withdraw consent at any time: by writing to yourlawer.thai@gmail.com from my account e-mail, or via "Delete your account" in the site footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it. After withdrawal some functions may become unavailable.

6.2. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.

7. Confirmations

7.1. I am at least 20 years old, or I have my legal guardian's consent.

7.2. I have read the Privacy policy.

7.3. I give this consent voluntarily; without it I may choose not to use the Service.

7.4. The Operator keeps a record of the consent: date, time and edition of the document.
