By ticking the separate box "I want to receive mailings", I give Thai Law, e-mail: yourlawer.thai@gmail.com (the "Operator"), my consent to receive informational and promotional messages and to the processing of my data for this purpose, under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.

1. Content

1.1. News on Thai law: changes in visas, property, taxes and case law.

1.2. Information on tariffs, Service features, offers and the site's lawyer's services.

1.3. Service messages (sign-in codes, deadline reminders, receipts) are not mailings, and unsubscribing does not switch them off.

2. Channels and frequency

2.1. E-mail and, if I subscribed myself, Telegram. No more than [once a week].

3. Data

E-mail address, name (if given), my Telegram identifier (if I subscribe), whether I opened messages, the date and edition of the consent.

4. Senders

An e-mail service and Telegram, on the Operator's behalf and obliged to protect the data.

5. Duration and opting out

5.1. The consent lasts until withdrawn.

5.2. I can unsubscribe by the link in every message, by writing to yourlawer.thai@gmail.com, or in my Profile. The Operator stops the mailings within 7 days.

5.3. Consent to mailings is not required to use the Service.

I am at least 20 years old; I have read the Privacy policy; I give this consent voluntarily.
